The Activities Committee plans educational activities that take place outside of the classroom. Activities vary and may be stand-alone events, or may be planned in conjunction with an ENCORE class. The Committee meets monthly, contact any committee member for details, or email encorelearn@clatsopcc.edu.

Activities may include:

• Guided informational tours of local businesses or organizations
• Guided tours of local parks and places of interest
• Museum tours with a docent or private tour guide
• Attending local events with an educational component
• One-day field trips
