Hello Encore Members!

The ballots and meeting packets are in the mail! As explained in the letter, it is important that as many of you as possible attend the business meeting. We must have a quorum of 40% to conduct business.

The meeting packet will include stamped and addressed envelopes for the return of the ballots. Please return so they arrive no later than June 10th.

We are looking forward to meeting and sharing the accomplishments of the year. Most important will be your involvement in providing ideas for our future! We have a fun activity planned to solicit your feedback that will guide the board’s planning for the coming year.

We have a mix of new and returning board members. The only position that remains without nominated candidates is the position for president. Please put on your “thinking caps” and nominate people you believe would be good for this position.

It will be delightful to gather as members and celebrate our year’s end! Please do join us for information, input, fellowship, and dessert. The date is June 14th at 1pm. We will meet in Room 219 in the Columbia Hall at Clatsop Community College. There is plenty of parking behind the building.
