Dendrology (tree identification science)

Hello Friends,

As I indicated in the first announcement of my Dendrology course, getting to our house, 4 miles from Astoria, we’ll have to rely on private transportation. To get a ride in someone’s car, please contact a friend with space available in his/her car.

Our house is located at 36410 River Point Drive. To get there, proceed south on Route 202, past the Forestry Center and County Fair location, continue an additional ¼ mile to the entrance of River Point, take a right and find us in the 6th house on the left.

Park your car on the street and follow the driveway to the deck on the south side of our house (in the event of rain, we’ll meet in our RV garage). Dress appropriate for the weather!
