Exploring Science will not be meeting tomorrow, Thursday February 16 due to a conflict for the room. The ASC is having their monthly membership meeting.

Please join us on Thursday February 23rd for a really good movie about the Mt. St. Helens eruption. Mt. St. Helens is a composite. This eruption is a prime example of what can happen in composite volcano eruptions. AND the many volcanoes in Oregon and Washington which are composite volcanoes (also in California, British Columbia, and Alaska).

Karen will bring volcanic lava samples and Mt. Vesuvius artifacts for viewing.

Join us in the Astoria Senior Center at 10:30 next Thursday.
